Informational Use Only

Dividendje is a personal portfolio tracking, dividend tracking, debt management, and tax estimation tool. It is not financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. Always consult a qualified financial or tax professional before making investment or tax decisions. Dividendje is een hulpmiddel voor het bijhouden van je persoonlijke portfolio, dividenden, schulden en belastingschattingen. Het is geen financieel, fiscaal, juridisch of beleggingsadvies. Raadpleeg altijd een gekwalificeerde financieel of fiscaal adviseur voordat je beleggings- of belastingbeslissingen neemt.

No Trading Capability

Geen Handelsfunctionaliteit

Dividendje does not execute trades, orders, or withdrawals on any exchange or broker on your behalf. Dividendje voert geen transacties, orders of opnames uit bij een beurs of broker namens jou.

DEGIRO: Import is read-only CSV file parsing only. The app does not connect to DEGIRO's systems, APIs, or accounts in any way.
DEGIRO: Import is uitsluitend read-only CSV-bestandsparsering. De app maakt op geen enkele wijze verbinding met de systemen, API's of accounts van DEGIRO.
Bitvavo: The API integration is read-only (view balances and trade history only). The app cannot place orders, withdraw funds, or modify your Bitvavo account. You should create a Bitvavo API key with read-only permissions.
Bitvavo: De API-integratie is read-only (alleen saldo's en handelsgeschiedenis bekijken). De app kan geen orders plaatsen, geld opnemen of je Bitvavo-account wijzigen. Maak een Bitvavo API-sleutel aan met uitsluitend leesrechten.

Tax calculations in Dividendje are estimates for informational purposes only. They do not constitute a tax return or professional tax advice. In particular: Belastingberekeningen in Dividendje zijn uitsluitend schattingen voor informatiedoeleinden. Ze vormen geen belastingaangifte of professioneel fiscaal advies. In het bijzonder:

Box 3 valuations are based on market prices from Yahoo Finance. The Belastingdienst uses official valuations (WOZ for real estate, actual balance-date values for financial assets) which may differ.
Box 3-waarderingen zijn gebaseerd op koersen van Yahoo Finance. De Belastingdienst gebruikt officiële waarderingen (WOZ voor onroerend goed, werkelijke waarden op de peildatum voor financiële bezittingen) die kunnen afwijken.
Tax rates and thresholds are based on published Dutch fiscal year 2025 rates and may not reflect current or future legislative changes.
Belastingtarieven en -drempels zijn gebaseerd op gepubliceerde Nederlandse tarieven voor belastingjaar 2025 en kunnen niet-actuele of toekomstige wetswijzigingen niet weerspiegelen.
Individual tax circumstances (partnerships, trusts, exemptions, treaty relief) are not modelled.
Individuele fiscale omstandigheden (samenwerkingsverbanden, trusts, vrijstellingen, verdragsverminderingen) worden niet meegenomen.

Always verify results with the Belastingdienst or a qualified tax adviser before filing your tax return. Controleer resultaten altijd bij de Belastingdienst of een gekwalificeerde belastingadviseur voordat je aangifte doet.

Data Accuracy

Nauwkeurigheid van Gegevens

Market prices and dividend data fetched from Yahoo Finance may contain delays, gaps, or inaccuracies. You remain responsible for verifying all values before making financial or tax decisions. Marktprijzen en dividenddata opgehaald via Yahoo Finance kunnen vertragingen, hiaten of onnauwkeurigheden bevatten. Je blijft zelf verantwoordelijk voor het controleren van alle waarden voordat je financiële of fiscale beslissingen neemt.

User Responsibility

Verantwoordelijkheid Gebruiker

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you manually enter or import. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and your Bitvavo API credentials private. We recommend using the app only if you are 18 years of age or older, as the subject matter (portfolio investing and Dutch tax) involves adult financial responsibility. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de juistheid van gegevens die je handmatig invoert of importeert. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beveiligen van je apparaat en het privé houden van je Bitvavo API-sleutels. We raden aan de app alleen te gebruiken als je 18 jaar of ouder bent, aangezien het onderwerp (beleggingsportefeuille en Nederlandse belastingen) volwassen financiële verantwoordelijkheid omvat.

Limitation of Liability

Beperking van Aansprakelijkheid

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, the developer (Julian de Haas) is not liable for financial losses, incorrect tax filings, tax penalties, investment outcomes, or data loss arising from use of the app. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived under Dutch law. Voor zover toegestaan door Nederlands recht is de ontwikkelaar (Julian de Haas) niet aansprakelijk voor financiële verliezen, onjuiste belastingaangiften, belastingboetes, beleggingsresultaten of gegevensverlies als gevolg van het gebruik van de app. De app wordt geleverd "zoals ze is" (as is) zonder enige garanties. Niets in deze voorwaarden sluit aansprakelijkheid uit voor grove nalatigheid, opzettelijk wangedrag of wettelijke consumentenrechten die onder Nederlands recht niet kunnen worden afgestaan.

Third-Party Services

The app uses Yahoo Finance for market data and, optionally, Bitvavo's API for crypto data. These are independent third-party services subject to their own terms and availability. Dividendje is not affiliated with Yahoo Finance, DEGIRO, or Bitvavo B.V. and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of their data. De app gebruikt Yahoo Finance voor marktdata en, optioneel, de Bitvavo API voor cryptodata. Dit zijn onafhankelijke diensten van derden met hun eigen voorwaarden en beschikbaarheid. Dividendje is niet gelieerd aan Yahoo Finance, DEGIRO of Bitvavo B.V. en garandeert niet de nauwkeurigheid, volledigheid of beschikbaarheid van hun data.

Governing Law

Toepasselijk Recht

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will first be addressed by contacting dehaasjulian@gmail.com. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to your EU consumer rights to bring a claim in your country of residence. Deze voorwaarden vallen onder Nederlands recht. Eventuele geschillen worden eerst behandeld via dehaasjulian@gmail.com. Als er geen oplossing wordt bereikt, vallen geschillen onder de bevoegdheid van de bevoegde rechter in Nederland, onverminderd je EU-consumentenrecht om een vordering in te dienen in je woonplaats.

Wijzigingen in deze Voorwaarden

These terms may be updated when significant changes are made to the app or the services it relies on. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Deze voorwaarden kunnen worden bijgewerkt wanneer er significante wijzigingen worden aangebracht in de app of de diensten waarvan zij afhankelijk is. De datum "Laatst bijgewerkt" bovenaan deze pagina geeft de meest recente versie aan.
